Among its findings: in 2001, "Americans spent 1.5 billion more hours on federal paperwork", "80% of time spent on tax forms". The report also discusses the relationship between the USA's paperwork policy and their e-government initiative. Production of the report is a requirement of the Paperwork Reduction Act.
